Bindwell
We're building better pesticides using AI.

Bindwell is an AI-driven pesticide discovery company that uses deep learning and neural networks to design safer, more effective pesticides. Founded by Tyler Rose and Navvye Anand, the company operates a wet lab in San Carlos to generate high-throughput assay data that trains its molecular design models. Backed by Y Combinator, General Catalyst, and others, Bindwell is currently developing its first AI-designed pesticide targeting the invasive pest Spodoptera frugiperda.
Bindwell builds neural networks trained on high-throughput wet lab assay data to computationally design novel pesticide molecules, replacing slow manual chemical design processes.
