BoldLabels
Professional labels with your normal A4 printer, free and offline

BoldLabels is a free, open-source desktop application for Windows, macOS, and Linux that lets users design and print professional labels using a standard A4 printer. It features a visual WYSIWYG editor, CSV/Excel import for bulk label generation, and supports QR codes, barcodes, images, and shapes. Labels are exported as print-ready PDFs with no internet connection required and no data sent to external servers.
Users design a label template in a visual editor, import data from CSV or Excel, and generate a print-ready PDF in one click using a standard A4 printer.
