Elephas is a Mac-native AI workspace designed for professionals who work with confidential documents such as lawyers, accountants, researchers, and financial advisors. It automatically redacts personally identifiable information before sending data to cloud AI models like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, and also supports local or offline processing. Users can build persistent document workspaces called Super Brains and get AI-generated answers grounded in their own files with citations.
