Eleventy
Eleventy is a simpler static site generator

Eleventy (11ty) is an open-source static site generator built on Node.js that transforms templates written in various languages—Markdown, Liquid, Nunjucks, and more—into static HTML sites. It emphasizes fast build times, zero client-side JavaScript by default, and full control over output without injecting its own markup. It is highly flexible, zero-config to start, and supports incremental adoption in existing projects.
Eleventy compiles template files in supported languages from a project directory into a static HTML output folder, with optional local development server and hot-reloading.
