Equip Health is a fully virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment platform available in all 50 US states. Patients are assigned a dedicated five-person care team consisting of a therapist, medical provider, dietitian, family mentor, and peer mentor. The service is covered by most major insurance plans and treats all eating disorder diagnoses including anorexia, bulimia, ARFID, BED, and OSFED.
Patients are matched with a personalized five-person multidisciplinary care team and receive therapy, nutritional counseling, medical care, and mentorship entirely through a virtual platform covered by most insurance plans.
