About

Forge Robotics builds modular, autonomous factory units the size of shipping containers that can be snapped together to expand manufacturing capacity without adding headcount. Each module is self-contained, software-configurable, and operates 24/7 with sub-millimeter vision systems for inline quality verification. The platform targets U.S. manufacturers facing structural labor shortages by replacing rigid production lines with flexible, scalable robotic cells.

Problem

U.S. manufacturers face a structural labor gap with hundreds of thousands of unfilled jobs and cannot scale production by hiring alone.

For

Manufacturing companies and industrial operators facing labor shortages or scaling production capacity

How it works

Shipping container-sized autonomous modules are deployed on the shop floor, each self-contained with welding, laser engraving, and sub-millimeter scanning capabilities, and configured via software to run 24/7 without human operators.
