Heynote is a persistent text buffer application designed for developers and power users, divided into blocks that each support their own syntax highlighting and auto-formatting. It includes a calculator mode with variable and unit conversion support, multiple named buffers organized as files on disk, and inline image editing with annotation tools. It functions as a flexible, always-available scratch space for code snippets, notes, quick math, and temporary text.
