hledger is open-source, command-line accounting software that uses human-readable plain text journal files to track money, investments, cryptocurrencies, time, or any countable commodity. It supports importing CSV from banks, offers web and terminal interfaces, and generates powerful financial reports. It integrates well with version control, scripts, and other developer tools.
