Keycloak
Open source identity and access management with minimum effort.

Keycloak is an open-source identity and access management solution that provides single sign-on, social login, and identity brokering for applications and services. It supports standard protocols including OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and SAML, and integrates with existing LDAP and Active Directory directories. Administrators can centrally manage users, permissions, sessions, and fine-grained authorization policies through a built-in admin console.
Keycloak acts as a centralized identity provider; applications delegate login and authentication to Keycloak, which handles user storage, SSO sessions, social login, and federation with existing directories.
