Labelflow is an operational platform built specifically for independent music labels to manage the full release lifecycle, including deliverables tracking, artist communications, and distribution coordination. It models each release as a structured stack of typed deliverables with readiness tracking and automated draft communications in the label's own voice. The product is currently in private beta, built by the founder from their own experience running the Berlin-based label DEEP TALES.
