Mantel
The lightweight macOS terminal for agentic coding with per-project colors and icons.

Mantel is a lightweight macOS terminal app that assigns each project its own unique color, icon, and name, making it easy to distinguish between multiple terminal windows at a glance. It is built on top of the standard macOS Terminal, requiring no learning curve, and automatically detects which project directory you are in to adapt visuals dynamically. It targets developers and non-power-users running multiple AI coding agents or dev servers simultaneously across projects.
Mantel wraps the macOS Terminal with a project-aware layer that automatically detects the current directory and applies a unique color, icon, and name to each window or tab in real time.
