Munin
Networked resource monitoring tool for analyzing trends and performance problems.

Munin is an open-source networked resource monitoring tool that surveys servers at regular intervals and displays performance data as graphs through a web interface. It uses a master/node architecture, polling nodes every 5 minutes and storing data in RRD files. With over 500 available plugins and a plug-and-play design, it supports monitoring of computers, networks, applications, and more.
A Munin master node polls all registered nodes every 5 minutes, collects metrics via plugins, stores data in RRD files, and renders performance graphs in a web interface.
