Explore 900+ occupations based on your skills and goals

O*NET OnLine is a publicly available career exploration tool that provides detailed descriptions of occupations across the world of work. It allows job seekers, students, HR professionals, and researchers to search and browse over 900 occupations by requirements, worker characteristics, and training opportunities. A Soft Skills Custom List feature lets users identify occupations that match their interpersonal and thinking skill sets.
Users select soft skills they possess from a curated list, and the tool returns a ranked list of occupations that require those skills, showing coverage and match percentages.
