PanicMode
A native privacy screen that covers sensitive desktop content with one hotkey.

PanicMode is a native desktop application for macOS and Windows that instantly covers your screen with a neutral overlay when you press a configurable hotkey. It is designed for use in shared spaces like cafes, open offices, and coworking environments to prevent accidental exposure of sensitive information. The app runs entirely locally with no recording or uploads, and requires a one-time license to unlock instant switching.
Users configure a neutral overlay once, then press a hotkey to instantly cover their screen and press it again to return to their normal desktop.
