Prometheus
Open source metrics and monitoring for your systems and services

Prometheus is an open-source monitoring and alerting toolkit that collects and stores metrics as time series data. It features a multi-dimensional data model, a flexible query language called PromQL, and a pull-based collection model over HTTP. Originally built at SoundCloud in 2012, it is now a CNCF-graduated project maintained by a broad open-source community.
Prometheus scrapes metrics from instrumented targets via HTTP on a pull model, stores them locally as time series, and evaluates rules to generate alerts or aggregated metrics.
