The platform guides users through preparing and checking their bankruptcy forms, effectively serving as a free alternative to hiring an attorney. Since 2018, it has helped over 24,000 people discharge more than $1.1 billion in debt.
Users complete a screener and financial questionnaire, Upsolve prepares and double-checks their bankruptcy forms for free, and users then file the forms at their local court.
