VSCodium is a community-driven binary distribution of Microsoft's VS Code editor, built from the same open-source MIT-licensed codebase but without Microsoft's proprietary telemetry, tracking, or branding. The project automates cloning and building the VS Code repository so users don't have to compile it themselves. Binaries are freely available for Windows, macOS, and Linux via multiple package managers.
