NoctAds is a privacy-first advertising network that lets advertisers run campaigns anonymously using cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, or Monero) without KYC requirements or third-party tracking. Publishers are hand-verified and must stake collateral to deter fraud, while an on-premise AI matching engine (NAI) handles targeting without sending data to external services. The platform is currently in pre-launch with a waitlist open for both advertisers and publishers.
Advertisers submit creative and a crypto budget into multisig escrow; an on-premise AI model matches campaigns to hand-verified publishers by content similarity, then settles payments on-chain with zero-tracking aggregate analytics.
